中文摘要:针对16000 kN摩擦压力机上开式模锻大圆锥齿轮锻件时出现锻件打不靠、充不满的问题,合理设计锻造工艺及模具,采用自由锻制坯、半闭式模锻成型的工艺,解决了生产该锻件时设备载荷能力不足的问题,获得了力学性能和几何尺寸优于开式模锻的锻件,同时也降低了材料消耗。
英文摘要:Aimed at the problem which large conical gear forgings can not be overflowed and completed by open-die forging on 16000 kN friction press because of the equipment's capacity, through rational design of forging process and die, employing following process, forging billet with flat die forging, forming with semi-closed die, the problem of insufficient equipment load was solved, and the better mechanical property and physical dimension of the forging was obtained under semi-closed die forging than that under open die forging, the material consumption was reduced too.
