中文摘要:对Al-24%Si过共晶合金进行单一P、Sr变质及P-Sr复合变质处理,研究变质后微观组织。试验结果表明,单一P变质能很好的细化初晶硅,平均尺寸由未变质的200 μm变为25 μm,棱角钝化且弥散分布;单一Sr变质能使初晶硅产生鱼骨状,使共晶硅细化为短杆或蠕团状,且呈弥散分布;P+Sr复合变质对合金组织中的初晶硅和共晶硅均有一定的细化作用,但变质效果并不理想。
英文摘要:The hypereutectic Al-24%Si alloy was modified with single P, Sr and binary P+Sr, and the microstructure was studied as well. The result show that the average size of the primary silicon in Al-24%Si alloy modified by P is 25 μm, the average size of the primary silicon is 200 μm in alloy without modification. The primary silicon in the alloy modified by Sr is dendrite, meanwhile, the eutectic silicon is dispersed distribution in vermicular rod. The binary P+Sr modification agent do not has better effect.
