中文摘要:利用金相试验方法和理论模型研究了9310钢在800~1200 ℃奥氏体晶粒的长大规律。结果表明,不同加热温度条件下,9310钢的奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸随保温时间的变化符合Beck关系式。实验钢的硬度随平均晶粒尺寸的增大而逐渐降低,并呈近似的线性关系。通过数值回归分析,测得了9310钢奥氏体晶粒度长大的时间指数和激活能,并对9310钢奥氏体晶粒的长大机制进行了讨论。
英文摘要:The growth law of austenite grain in 9310 steel was investigated by metallographic technique and theoretic at 800~1200 ℃. The results show that the variation of average austenite grain size with the isothermal time follows Beck's law. The hardness of the experimental steel decreases with the increase of average austenite grain size, which approximately keeps a linear relationship. The values of lime and activation energy for austenite grain growth in 9310 steel are worked out based on the experimental results, and the mechanism of the grain growth is discussed.
