中文摘要:对45钢风扇电机主轴进行830 ℃加热盐水冷却后回火、790 ℃亚温加热淬火回火、830 ℃加热油冷淬火回火和830 ℃加热780 ℃保温后盐水淬火回火等四种热处理工艺试验。结果证明,预冷淬火的效果最佳,硬度均匀,无变形开裂,合格率达100%。
英文摘要:The heat treatment process experiments of the main shaft of 45 steel in fan motor were carried out. The heat treatment processes are follow: First, heated at 830 ℃, cooled in salt water and then tempered; Second, heated at a subcritical temperature of 790 ℃, then quenched and tempered; Third, heated at 830 ℃, quenched in oil and tempered; Fourth, heated at 830 ℃ and preserved at 790 ℃, quenched in salt water and tempered. The results show that the pre-cooling quenching process is the best one, bringing about uniform hardness, no deformation or cracking, and 100% pass rate.
