中文摘要:粉末特征是影响激光快速成形件力学性能的重要因素。本文用气雾化法和旋转电极法制造的IN718粉末开展激光快速成形研究,分析了这两种粉末对成形件力学性能的影响。结果显示,气雾化IN718粉末中的裹入气体在激光快速成形过程中容易继续残留在成形件中,使其成形件拉伸断口中的气孔明显比旋转电极法粉末激光成形件的多;用旋转电极IN718粉末则可基本消除气孔现象,同时,成形件的力学性能相比气雾化粉末制备的成形件有不同程度的提高。
英文摘要:Powder character is an important influence factor on mechanical properties of laser rapid forming(LRF) parts. The rapid laser forming was carried on IN718 powder prepared by gas atomized and plasma rotation electrode, respectively, the influences of the two powder alloy grains on the mechanical properties of parts were discussed. The results show that enwrapped gas in IN718 gas atomized powder alloy grains easy remain in LRF part. The pores in fractography of tensile sample of gas atomized LRF IN718 are more than that of plasma rotation electrode. Using the powder prepared by plasma rotation electrode in laser rapid forming can basically eliminate pore phenomenon and the mechanical properties of the part are better than that of gas atomized LRF IN718.
