中文摘要:采用有限元法模拟LNGT72磁钢定向凝固过程的瞬态温度场,分析钢水浇注温度、热流密度和铸型烘烤温度对凝固前沿温度梯度(G)与凝固速度(R)比值的影响。结果表明:钢水浇注温度对G/R值影响最显著;在各种条件下,G/R值在凝固初期都呈跳跃性增长,当凝固厚度生长到5~6 cm时,该值迅速下降且趋于重叠。模拟结果为LNGT72磁钢定向凝固工艺优化提供了依据。
英文摘要:Transient temperature fields of LNGT72 magnetic steel in directional solidification were studied based on FEM. The effects of pouring temperature, heat flux and mould temperature on the ratio (temperature gradient at solidification front and solidification rate) were analyzed. The results show that the pouring temperature of molten steel has an effect on the ratio above and the ratio soars up in the initial stage of solidification in all situations. When the solidification front reaches 5~6 cm, the ratio rapidly plunges down and even tends to be closed to each other. The simulation results can offer the references to optimize the directional solidification process for LNGT72 magnetic steel
