中文摘要:通过调整生产工艺并按上限成分试制,研究了230 mm超壁厚12CrNi5MoV钢锻件的组织和力学性能。结果表明,超壁厚12CrNi5MoV钢锻件具有良好的淬透性,调质后可获得细小的回火马氏体及贝氏体回火组织,其各项力学性能完全满足技术指标要求,并且低温韧性良好,截面性能优良。
英文摘要: The microstructure and mechanical properties of super-wall-thick 12CrNi5MoV steel forgings with 230 mm thickness were studied by adjusting the production process and trial-producing with the upper limited composition. The results show that the forgings have perfect hardenability. The fine tempered martensite and bainite are obtained in the super-wall-thick forgings after quenching and tempering, and all mechanical properties can satisfy the qualification requirements, and its low-temperature toughness and cross-section performance are excellent.
