中文摘要:为控制结晶器保护渣结晶性能,采用热丝法构建保护渣的CCT与TTT曲线以探讨保护渣碱度(R)对其临界冷却速度及结晶孕育时间的影响规律。结果表明, 随R增加保护渣临界冷却速度增加,而其TTT曲线向温度升高、孕育时间减少的方向移动。
英文摘要:To control the crystallization properties of mold fluxes, the influence of basicity on the critical cooling rate and the incubation time of mold fluxes was obtained by constructing the CCT and the TTT diagram using SHTT. The results show that the critical cooling rate of mold fluxes increases and the TTT diagrams moves to higher temperature and shorter incubation time with the increase of basicity.
