中文摘要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对产品结构进行力学分析,提取应力数据并根据失效理论计算出的安全系数作为产品结构的力学优化判据;利用金属塑性成形模拟软件DEFORM对产品锻造成形过程进行仿真,预测锻件缺陷,分析成形质量及其影响因素,获取产品结构的工艺性优化判据。以高安全系数和高成形质量为优化目标,综合考虑结构设计对产品力学性能和成形工艺性的影响,对产品进行综合优化设计。
英文摘要:The structural mechanics of product was analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS. From the provided stress data, the safety factor was calculated according to the failure theory. The product structure was optimized by mechanics criterion. And the plastic forming simulation software DEFORM was employed to simulate the forging process, forecast the defects, analyze the forming quality and provide the evidences for process optimization. A comprehensive optimization design was done to improve the safety factor and forming quality. The influence of product structure on mechanics performance and forming process was considered to optimize the design of product.
