中文摘要:为有效解决实际生产中汽车前轮罩拉深成形困难、产品质量差的问题,采用变压边力控制技术对其拉深成形过程进行研究,得出U型变压边力加载模式为最适合该件成形的变压边力控制模式。借助人工神经网络和遗传算法对U型变压边力加载曲线进行优化,得到了最优压边力控制曲线。在该加载模式下,拉深件无起皱和拉裂缺陷,零件区域厚度分布均匀,整体成形质量较好,满足设计和使用要求。
英文摘要:To effectively solve the problems of forming difficulty and poor quality in the deep drawing of front wheel cowling panels, the variable blank holder force(VBHF) technique was adopted. The results show that U-type is the best style of VBHF. Moreover, the artificial neural network and genetic algorithm are used to optimize the U load curve, and the optimal VBHF control curve is obtained. In this mode, there is no wrinkle and crack in drawing parts, the thickness distribution is even and the overall forming quality is better, which meet the design and use requirements.
