中文摘要:利用等离子弧对节点构造中的1Cr17Mn6Ni5N含氮不锈钢进行焊接,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜分析了其焊缝、热影响区的显微组织,用显微硬度计测试了接头的显微硬度。结果表明,采用等离子弧焊接方法对不锈钢焊接,可以获得均匀光滑无裂纹的焊缝;焊缝组织主要是奥氏体及沿柱状晶分布的δ-铁素体,奥氏体晶粒内部有ε-马氏体;在热影响区析出碳化物及在晶粒内部产生ε-马氏体相变,且靠近熔合线的母材的一些晶粒内部及热影响区中出现少量孪晶;母材、熔合区、焊缝金属区的显微硬度值分别为190、210、292 HV0.2。
英文摘要: During making nodes, after stainless steel was welded by plasma arc welding, the microstructure of weld seam and heat-affected tone was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), and the microhardness of the weld seam was tested by micro-sclerometer. The results indicate that uniform smooth weld seam without cracks can be got by plasma welding; the microstructure of weld seam mainly includes austenite and δ-ferrite which distribute along columnar crystals, there are ε-martensite inside austenitic crystals; the carbides precipitate in the heat-affected zone and there is ε-martensite transition inside crystals, a few bicrystals appear in some crystals near the base metal of the fusion line and the heat-affected zone; the microhardness of the base metal, the fusion zone, and weld metal zone is 190, 210, 292 HV0.2, respectively.
