中文摘要:分析了活塞环基体组织、径向弹力及与汽缸套匹配状况对其减摩耐磨性的影响。结果表明:基体组织以回火索氏体、石墨呈细小均匀分布为佳;活塞环的径向弹力以250~300 N为宜。改进后的活塞环处理工艺为调质(920 ℃淬火+ 560 ℃ × 3 h回火)后再进行稀土离子表面渗氮处理,该工艺可显著改善活塞环的减摩耐磨性能,大幅度延长其使用寿命。
英文摘要:The effects of matrix microstructure, radial elasticity and the matching between piston ring and cylinder on antifriction and wear resistance of piston ring were analyzed. The results show that the feasible microstructure is fine pellet pearlite or tempering sorbite, the graphite assumes the tiny uniform distribution. The radial elasticity of the piston ring is 250~300 N. The improved process is: quenching at 920 ℃, tempering at 560 ℃ × 3 h and surface RE ion nitriding. The piston ring treated by the new process can remarkably improve the wear resistance and prolong the service life.
