中文摘要:通过对7075铝合金进行不同工艺的固溶处理,分析了固溶处理对7075铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:利用优化的固溶工艺处理后,可有效减少粗大的第二相尺寸和数量,提高合金元素的固溶过饱和度;采用490 ℃ × 2 h + 130 ℃ × 16 h工艺处理后,可以明显提高铝合金的力学性能。
英文摘要:The solution treatment of 7075 Al alloy was carried out and the influences of solution treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7075 Al alloy were analyzed. The results show that the suitable solution treatment process can reduce the size and amount of coarse second phases effectively and then increase the super-saturation degree of alloy elements. The suitable solution-single-ageing treatment process for 7075 Al alloy is solution-treated at 490 ℃ for 2 h and then aging at 130 ℃ for 16 h. In this condition, the property of alloy can be enhanced obviously.
