中文摘要:研究了室温低应变速率下大变形冷轧Cu70Cr30复合材料的显微组织和性能。 结果表明,Cu70Cr30复合材料经冷轧变形后富Cr相的显微组织呈现明显的纤维状;显微硬度在刚开始变形时上升很快,随变形的增加,硬度增加的幅度逐步降低;导电率随轧制变形的增加而降低,当达到一定量的大变形后,导电率又有上升。
英文摘要:The microstructure and properties of heavily cold rolled Cu70Cr30 composite at low strain rate were studied at room temperature. The results show that the microstructure of Cr-rich phases present ribbons filaments after cold rolling; the microhardness continuously increases with the increase of rolling strain; the electrical conductivity first gradually decreases with the increase of rolling strain, however, after deforming to some degree, the electrical conductivity increases again.
