中文摘要:对压铸镁合金AZ91D分别进行了无铬化学转化、喷砂、真空镀钛的表面处理,并采用SEM、EDS、XRD、中性盐雾及电化学等方法检测和评价处理后试样的表面形貌、成分、物相组成和耐蚀性。结果表明:无铬化学转化和真空镀钛都能明显提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性,喷砂处理后镁合金的硬度和粗糙度均达最高,耐蚀性反而下降。
英文摘要:Surface treatments (including non-chromate chemical conversion, abrasive blasting, vacuum depositing Ti film) were carried out on the surface of die-casting magnesium alloy AZ91D. The surface morphology, composition, phase structure and corrosion resistance of the samples were detected and evaluated by SEM, EDS, XRD, neutral salt spray(NSS) and electrochemical method. The results show that: Cr-free chemical conversion and vacuum depositing Ti film can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy; both the hardness and the roughness are highest after blasting, but the corrosion resistance decreases.
