中文摘要:采用液态模锻成形方法对成形薄板件进行了初步探讨。结果表明,液态模锻成形工艺的选择和模具结构对试验件质量至关重要,当模具预热温度在250℃~300 ℃,浇注温度控制在740 ℃左右;模具浇口采用扇形结构,对合金液充型时的流量合理控制,可以避免制件缺陷的产生。
英文摘要:The forming thin-sheet parts by liquid die forging process were studied. The results show that choosing the liquid die forging process and the dimension of die has an important influence on the quality of forming parts. When the preheating temperature of die is 250~300 ℃, the pouring temperature is 740℃, and the flow velocity of molten alloy is reasonably controlled by the die with fan-shaped gating, the defects of forming sheet parts can be avoided.
