中文摘要:研究了添加不同钒含量高铬铸铁的硬度以及耐磨性能与组织结构之间的关系。结果表明,钒的加入可显著细化高铬铸铁的基体组织,改变了碳化物的形态及分布,提高了高铬铸铁硬度及耐磨性能。当钒含量为1.8%时,高铬铸铁硬度达到63 HRC,抗磨损性能最好,并确定了最佳热处理工艺为1020 ℃保温2 h,淬火,再经250 ℃保温4 h,回火。
英文摘要:The relationship between the hardness, wear resistance and the structure of chromium cast iron adding different content of vanadium was researched. It is found that adding vanadium can refine the high-chromium cast iron matrix, change the carbide morphology and distribution, improve the hardness and wear resistance of high chromium cast iron. When the vanadium content is up to 1.8%, the hardness of high chromium cast iron is 63 HRC, the wear resistance of the cast iron is best, and the optimum heat treatment process is at 1020 ℃ for 2 h then quenching , tempering at 250 ℃ for 4 h.
