中文摘要:使用UG建立了平面分模四拐小曲轴的锻件三维CAD模型,使用DEFORM模拟了曲轴终锻工步成形过程,分析了坯料在模具型腔中的填充情况以及摩擦条件对成形的影响。模拟结果显示,在终锻工步成形过程中,坯料与模具接触很好,没有折叠和充不满等锻件缺陷,得到的曲轴锻件满足工艺要求,说明设计的终锻模具是可行的。
英文摘要:The three-dimension model of four-cylinder-sleeve crankshaft forgings with plane split surface was set up by UG software. The finishing deformation process was simulated by Deform software. The simulation results show that, in the finishing process, the contact between forging and die is good and there are not folds or unfilled defects. The qualified forgings can be obtained, which indicates that the designed finish forging die is feasible.
