英文摘要:The process of filling and solidification in head sprocket body castings was simulated by ViewCast software, which forecasted that shrinkage and porosity and other casting defects were easy to produce at wheel rim and hub. By the analysis of the casting's structure, the risers and cold irons were used, so the casting defects were eliminated.
