中文摘要: 应用近几年行业专家推介的美学、人类工效学、绩效理论,以及黄金分割原理的设计理念,优化设计制作了R256418箱体下芯夹具。对其浮动框、夹具本体、上下连接框、砂芯吊板、导杆等主要零部件的结构优化设计进行了较详细的评述;也对一些附件的优化设计作了简单阐述;该优化设计理念,也可指导其它铸造工装的优化设计。
英文摘要:R256418 box core jig was optimally designed and manufactrued on the basis of aesthetics, ergonomics, performance theory, and the design concept of golden section principle recommended by experts in recent years. The optimal design of its main parts, including floating box, jig body, connecting-box, sand core hanger plate, guide bar, and some accessories, was introduced. The design concept of optimal design can also guide optimal design of other casting tools.
