中文摘要:通过电化学实验和浸泡实验,研究不同压缩量状态下AZ80镁合金热喷涂铝涂层的抗腐蚀性能。结果表明:热喷涂铝涂层可明显提高AZ80镁合金的抗腐蚀性能,且当热喷涂铝涂层的压缩量为60%时,热喷涂铝涂层的抗腐蚀性能最好。
英文摘要:The corrosion resistance of thermal sprayed aluminum coating on AZ80 magnesium alloy with different corpression state was studied through immersion and electrochemical test. The results show that corrosion resistance of thermal sprayed aluminum coating on AZ80 magnesium alloy can be significantly improved, and when the compression of thermal spray coating is 60%, the corrosion resistance of the thermal spray coating is best.
