中文摘要: 结合塑性成形理论,采用Deform模拟软件,以Z型触指为研究对象,对零件工艺特点、成形过程中金属充填型腔状况、金属流动趋势、应力大小作了分析、模拟。结果显示,在触指的两端和对称制耳处金属充填相对困难,在弯曲变形区域零件的应力最大。通过工艺优化,最终确定触指零件成形大体分为两个方案,一步触指整体成形和两工序成形;前者采用一模一腔或者一模多腔成形,挤压件只需简单的后处理;后者首先需制备零件的中间坯,最后经弯曲整形工序得到最终零件。
英文摘要:Combined with plastic forming theory, using Deform software, taking the contact finger part with Z shape as the research object, its process characteristics, metal die filling status, metal flow trend and stress change was analyzed and simulated in the forming process. The results show that the metal filling is relatively difficult in both ends of the contact finger and the symmetry ears, the stress reaches to the largest in bending deformation. The forming scheme of the contact finger was classified into two categories by process optimization. The contact finger is formed by one step and two step, the former mainly adopts a die with a cavity or two cavity, the extrusion parts only need simple post-processing treatment; the latter needs to prepare interim blanks, then the contact finger is prepared by plastic die working procedure.
