中文摘要: 应用正交试验方法对00Cr18Ni10N不锈钢电阻点焊工艺参数进行优化,确定了其点焊工艺参数的合理规范带为:焊接电流 5800~6300 A,电极压力5.1~6.0 kN,焊接时间 6~9 cyc。研究发现,焊接时间对点焊接头单点抗剪力影响最显著,焊接电流和电极压力次之。
英文摘要:The spot welding process for 00Cr18Ni10N stainless was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The optimum process is, welding current 5800~6300 A, electrode pressure 5.1~6.0 KN, welding time 6~9 cyc. The results show that welding time has great effects on the single point shear resistance of spot welding joint, and then is ourrent, electrode pressure in turn.
