中文摘要:介绍了GB8337-2008中的易熔合金的特点,研制了熔点为70 ℃的共晶易熔合金,并用SEM等手段观察分析了材料的组织和性能。结果表明:该共晶合金主要由Bi元素构成,基体组织为Bi基体+(Bi+Pb)共晶体+富(Sn+Cd)固溶体,平坦大块状区域为Bi基体,疏松状区为(Bi+Pb)共晶体,岛状及小块状区域为富(Sn+Cd)固溶体,并有富铅的长条剥落区。
英文摘要:The characteristic of GB 8337-2008 alloy was introduced. The 70 ℃ eutectic fusible alloy was developed. The microstructure and properties were analyzed by SEM and other methods. The results show that the main phase of the fusible alloy is Bi. The basic phase is Bi+(Bi and Pb) eutectic+(Sn+Cd) solid solution, the hunk area is Bi. The porosity area is (Bi and Pb) eutectic. The island and small bulk area is rich (Sn+Cd) solid solution, and some Pb rich sliver flanking area.
