英文摘要: The spheroidizing of molten iron is the key technology in ductile iron pipe production, which determines products quality. The theory of spraying Mg spheroidization technology is summarized, and the processes and equipments for spraying Mg spheroidization technology are presented in actual production, and the principle of choosing the process and equipment is proposed. Spraying Mg spheroidization technology in the production of centrifugally nodular cast iron pipes has achieved good effect in improving casting quality, reducing production costs.
