中文摘要:利用Gleeble-3500D热模拟机,通过对硬质合金WC-Co粉末压坯分别以15 、50 和200 ℃/s的预设升温速度和800、900 和1000 ℃的预设烧结温度进行解析实验, 研究了硬质合金WC-Co体系在电场作用下烧结成形的动力学特点。实验表明,在电场和热场的共同作用下,预设升温速度和预设烧结温度会影响体系的固相扩散和液相的产生,从而影响压坯的致密性。本实验以50 ℃/s的预设升温速度,800 ℃的预设烧结温度进行无压烧结时,获得了最致密的烧结体。
英文摘要:The experiments of cemented carbide WC-Co powder compacts with the preset heating rate of 15 ℃/s, 50 ℃/s, 200 ℃/s and preset sintering temperature of 800 ℃, 900 ℃, 1000 ℃ were carried out; the dynamic characteristics of cemented carbide WC-Co system under an electric field was investigated using Gleeble-3500D thermal simulation instrument. The results show that, with the interaction of electric field and thermal field, the preset heating rate and the preset sintering temperature affect the solid phase diffusion and liquid production of system, and also the density of compacts. In this experiment, the densest compact is obtained at the preset heating rate of 50 ℃/s and preset sintering temperature of 800 ℃ for non-pressure sintering.
