中文摘要:利用定速摩擦试验机,研究了外源铜粉对Q235钢材料摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:外源铜粉使摩擦系数增加;从低速到高速的摩擦系数低于从高速到低速的摩擦系数;外源铜粉本身作为第三体参与摩擦试验,增加了微凸体之间的机械啮合程度,提高了材料的摩擦系数。随摩擦速度的增加,表面温度升高而形成了具有一定硬度的复杂氧化膜,这层氧化膜在速度较低的摩擦过程中提高了表面第三体对材料的承载能力,起到了提高材料摩擦系数的作用。
英文摘要:The effect of exogenous copper powders on the properties of Q235 steel was studied by fixed-speed friction tester. The results show that the friction coefficient is increased by exogenous copper powders. The friction coefficient from low to high is lower than that in opposite direction. Exogenous copper powders is used as the third body involving in the friction experiments, so that the mechanical engagement between the asperities is increased, as well as the friction coefficient. As the friction velocity increases, the surface temperature increases. As a certain temperature arrives, a layer of complex oxide film on the surface appears. The oxide film plays a role in the third body of material bearing capacity, which can increase the friction coefficient of Q235 steel.
