中文摘要:对GH3030合金在600、 700和800 ℃,应变比R = -1时的应变疲劳行为进行研究。分析了GH3030合金循环应力-应变响应关系,运用Manson-Coffin模型和含有疲劳极限的应变疲劳公式拟合了其应变-寿命关系曲线,并通过残差分析对两式的拟合效果做出比较评价。结果表明,合金在800 ℃时疲劳寿命相对于其他两个温度明显降低。
英文摘要:Strain fatigue behaviors of GH3030 alloy at 600 ℃, 700 ℃, 800 ℃ and strain ratio R=-1 were studied. The results show that the fatigue life of the alloy at 800 ℃ decreases obviously compared with other two temperatures. Circulation stress-strain response relationship of GH3030 alloy was analyzed. Strain-life curves of the alloy were obtained by Manson- Coffin model and a new expression which contains a fatigue limit. The fitting effects of two equations were compared and evaluated by residual analysis.
