中文摘要:通过改变45钢铣削加工参数和冷却条件,研究其表面完整性的变化规律。结果表明:改变冷却条件和铣削参数,其切削表面化学成分基本不发生变化;铣削加工时不使用切削液的表面显微硬度比使用切削液的较高;垂直于铣削加工面各点的显微硬度,随着距切削表面距离的增大而逐渐降低,且趋于平缓;铣削加工时的冷却条件和切削参数变化,使铣削加工表面均产生残余拉应力;铣削加工速度低、深度大,铣削表面的撕裂现象严重;铣削加工时,是否使用冷却液对造成的撕裂现象没有明显差别。
英文摘要:The evaluation of surface microstructure characteristics of 45 steel was studied through the change of milling parameters and cooling conditions. The results show that the chemical composition of milling surface does not change through changing the cooling condition and milling parameters. The surface microhardness without cutting fluid is higher than that with cutting fluid. The microhardness of various point of milling working surface gradually reduces with the increase of distance of cutting surface, and then remains flat. The speed of milling working is slow and its depth is large; the tearing of milling surface is very serious. The tearing is not sharp distinction no matter using cooling fluid.
