中文摘要:通过TMTS热模拟试验机对中压转子材料Cr12合金钢进行了实验,研究了Cr12合金钢在温度900~1150 ℃、变形速度0.001~10 s-1变形条件下的高温变形行为。建立了该钢的热变形方程和发生动态再结晶的临界条件,为有限元数值模拟该钢的热成形过程提供了基本数据,也为热成形力学参数和加热温度的合理确定提供了科学依据。
英文摘要:TMTS thermal simulation machine was used to conduct the experiment of Cr12 steel. High-temperature deformation behavior of Cr12 steel was studied in the temperature of 900 ℃~1150 ℃ and deformation rate of 0.001 s-1~10s-1. Afterwards, the thermal deformation equation and boundary condition of dynamic recrystallization of Cr12 were established, which provided basic data for the hot forming simulation of Cr12. Furthermore, it also offered scientific proof for the reasonable confirmation of hot forming force parameters and heating temperature.
