中文摘要:采用热化学反应法在工业纯镁、MB2表面制备以MgO为基料的复合陶瓷涂层,并研究了其耐蚀性和耐磨性。结果表明:涂层耐蚀性、耐磨性较基体明显提高;以硅酸钠胶粘剂胶粘制备的涂层性能优于磷酸二氢铝胶粘涂层。
英文摘要:The composite ceramic coating was prepared with MgO as the base material by thermo-chemical on the industrial pure magnesium and MB2 surface. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coatings were studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coating increase significantly compared with matrix. The property of sodium silicate adhesive adhesive coating is superior to aluminum dihydrogen adhesive.
