中文摘要:研究了热处理工艺对R5级系泊链力学性能的影响。结果表明,淬火温度、回火温度和运行速度对抗拉强度、屈服强度影响很大。得出R5级系泊链的最佳热处理工艺为:1050℃淬火 + 650℃回火。
英文摘要:The influences of heat treatment parameters on mechanical properties of R5 mooring chain were studied. The results show that the quenching temperature, tempering temperature and speed have great influences on the tensile strength, yield strength. The best heat treatment process is as follow: quenching at 1050 ℃ and tempering at 650 ℃.
