中文摘要:对36Mn2V制N80钢级油管进行轧后正火处理,主要研究了钢管热处理后的屈服强度、抗拉强度、冲击功、硬度等力学性能,并采用金相显微镜分析其显微组织。结果表明,以4.5 ℃/s风冷时,36Mn2V钢管的屈服强度、抗拉强度提高显著,冲击功无明显变化,伸长率略有下降。金相组织为铁素体和珠光体,晶粒度为9级。
英文摘要:The normalizing of N80-1 rolled oil tubes made by 36Mn2V was carried out, the properties, including yield strength, tensile strength, hardness and so on were studied. The microstructure was analyzed by microscope. The results indicate that the yield strength, tensile strength improves markedly; impacting energy changes a little; elongation decreases little. The microstructure is composed of ferrite and pearlite, and the grain size rank is 9.
