中文摘要:研究时效对Cu-0.6Cr-0.09Zr-0.08Mg合金性能的影响,并从微观角度分析了合金的强化机理和导电率提高的原因。结果表明,经固溶后的合金在420 ℃时效3 h,硬度达到最大值(81 HRB),导电率达到76.5%IACS。金相组织和扫描电镜研究表明,处理后的合金有第二相的析出和大量的孪晶,从而使合金在保证有较高硬度的同时,导电率又能保持在一较高水平。
英文摘要:The effects of aging process on performance of Cu-0.6Cr-0.09Zr-0.08Mg alloy were studied. The strengthening mechanism and the reasons of increasing conductivity were analyzed. The results show that the alloy after aging at 420 ℃ for 3 h, the hardness reaches the maximum 81 HRB, conductivity 76.5%IACS. Metallography and SEM results show that the treatmented alloy has a second phase precipitation and large numbers of twin crystal, while make the alloy hardness higher, meanwhile, the conductivity remains at a high level as well.
