中文摘要:针对锌白铜带在260~280 ℃加热过程中发黄的问题,通过扫描电镜观察和能谱分析,结合不同试样变色情况的差异,研究了锌白铜的发黄机理。结果表明:未加热铜带表面存在与铜带研磨方向一致的沟痕,而加热后铜带表面形成了明显的氧化物,因此研磨过程中电解质的残留是锌白铜表面加热发黄的主要原因。 通过调整研磨工艺,基本抑制了锌白铜表面加热发黄。
英文摘要:The yellowing defect of cupronickel strip heated at 260℃~280 ℃ was analyzed by SEM and EDS. Considering the surface color variation of different specimens, the yellowing mechanism of cupronickel strip was studied. The results show that there are clear scraps along the grinding direction in the surface of unheated specimen, while there are considerable oxides in the heated one. It is proposed that the main cause of the yellowing defect of cupronickel strip is the remains of electrolytes during cupronickel strip grinding. It eliminates the yellowing defects of cupronickel strip by improving the grinding process.
