英文摘要:Through the numerical simulation of liquid metal filling and solidification process for low pressure casting of magnesium alloy wheels using AnyCasting software, the position and reason of casting defects were accurately identified. The process structure of low pressure casting of magnesium alloy wheels was optimized. The time for adjusting the process parameters and the numbers for trial model were reduced. The cost was reduced. The theoretical basis is provided for the production of casting magnesium alloy wheels.
