中文摘要:采用重力砂型铸造、金属型铸造和电磁低压铸造三种不同的铸造方法对ZAlSi6Cu4Mg性能的影响进行研究。结果表明,采用自制的金属型和电磁低压铸造获得的合金的综合性能较好,突出了电磁低压铸造的优点。
英文摘要:The effect of different casting metheds, sand mold, metal mold and low pressure electromagnetic pump on the mechanical properties of ZAlSi6Cu4Mg casting aluminum alloy was investigated. The results show that the alloy comprehensive properties obtained by the casting methed of self-made metal mold and low pressure electromagnetic pump are better, and the low pressure electromagnetic pump casting's advantages are highlighted.
