中文摘要:针对油田存在油井套管破损的现象,设计了一种燃气动力压力焊套管补贴装置,并介绍了其工作原理。该装置中金属锚扩径是影响焊接压力的主要因素,因此,通过对锥套和金属锚关键部件进行力学分析计算得到不同锥角金属锚的扩径力,再利用ANSYS对金属锚进行应力应变分析得出最佳锥度角,使金属锚在施加载荷后所产生的塑性变形最大,以达到套管焊接补贴的焊合性要求。
英文摘要:Aiming at the oilfield casing damage, Gas Power Pressure Welding Casing Subsidies Device was designed. The patch principle of the casing patch device was introduced. The metal mooring is an important factor which can affect the welding pressure in the casing subsidies device, so the critical parts of the taper sleeve and metal mooring were analyzed and gained which can expand the force of the different metal mooring punch angle. Then, the optimal punch angle is gained through the stress and strain analysis of metal anchor base on ANSYS. So after applied load, the maximum of the plastic deformation of the metal anchors is gained in order to achieve the best welding casing subsidy results.
