中文摘要:以现有铸造铝硅合金为基础,通过添加Cu、Ni、Mn、V、RE等合金元素,研制了改良铸造铝硅合金,并对其热疲劳性能进行了研究。结果表明,改良合金的综合力学性能良好,在持续150 h反复加热冷却过程中没有发生不可逆的变形、产生裂纹,表明其具有良好的热疲劳性能。
英文摘要:By adding the alloy elements of Cu, Ni, Mn, V and RE into the present Al-Si casting alloys, the optimized Al-Si casting alloys and their thermal fatigue properties were researched. The results show that the integrated mechanical properties of optimized alloys were excellent. Moreover, the optimized alloys have good thermal fatigue properties because the alloys have not irreversible deformations and cracks when the alloys are heated and cooled again and again for 150 hours.
