中文摘要:采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对7075铝合金板进行了焊接实验,探讨了焊接速度对接头强度和微观组织的影响。结果表明,焊速对焊接接头的焊核区、热机影响区及晶界沉淀相均有较大的影响。随着焊速的提高,焊核区的晶粒和沉淀相大小、形状、分布密度均发生较大变化,热机影响区的变形程度和形貌也发生了较大改变。组织和力学性能综合分析表明,选择合理的焊接速度有利于细化焊核区的晶粒组织,改善焊缝成型,提高焊接接头强度。
英文摘要:The welding experiments of 7075 aluminum alloy sheet were carried out by friction stir welding, the influences of welding speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show the welding speed has an essential effect on the microstructure and precipitations of weld nugget zone, thermal-mechanical zone in friction stir welds. As the welding speed increasing, there is a considerable change for the grain size, precipitation size, distribution and density in weld nugget zone; the deformation degree and shape in the thermal-mechanical zone change a lot. The comprehensive analysis of microstructure and mechanical properties show that the reasonable choice of welding speed is conducive to refine the grain in nugget zone, and improve the weld configuration and mechanical properties.
