中文摘要:采用扫描电镜和能谱成分分析,对70高碳钢丝拉拔过程中出现的断裂问题进行了分析。结果表明,钢丝断口主要有平面状和杯锥状两种,其断裂类型为脆性断裂和韧性断裂。拉拔过程中,造成70高碳钢丝断裂的主要原因是钢丝内存在成分偏析、较大的夹杂物以及钢丝表面缺陷等,并提出有效措施解决这些问题。
英文摘要:The fractures reasons of 70 high carbon steel wire during cold-drawing were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that there are two kinds of fractures, plane and cuppiness, and the fractures are brittle fracture and tough fracture. larger inclusions, elements segregation in the steel wire and its surface defect are the main reasons for steel wire fracture. Taking some solutions can effectively solve this problem.
