中文摘要:通过金相组织分析和拉伸性能测试,研究了均匀化温度和保温时间对铸态AZ31镁合金显微组织和拉伸强度的影响,据此分析了均匀化处理的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,均匀化工艺能有效消除铸造组织中沿晶界分布的树枝状金属间化合物Mg17Al12,可通过提高塑性和降低硬度来改善合金的热加工性能。通过对比组织和性能,铸态AZ31镁合金最佳的均匀处理化工艺为 420 ℃× 12 h。
英文摘要:The microstructure and tensile properties of AZ31 alloy homogenized at different temperatures and different times were investigated by means of metallography analysis and tensile-strength measurement. The results indicate that the hot working performance of the Mg alloy can be greatly improved as result of the elimination of intermetallic compounds Mg17Al12 distributed along grain boundary after homogenizing treatment. The optimized microstructure and tensile strength of Mg alloy as-cast can be obtained by homogenizing treatment at 420 ℃ for 12 h.
