某缸盖件的低压铸造平稳充型工艺研究

中文摘要:传统的低压铸造充型工艺曲线是一条斜率为定值的线段,也就是利用传统公式计算出铸件充型过程中所需要的压力后,△P以一个固定值增加。在此过程中,这种工艺方法忽略了铸件的形状特点,如果铸件为较复杂的铸件,却在铸件各个截面变化较大时仍然以不变的充型速率进行充型,那么在充型过程中容易产生喷溅、卷气,降低铸件质量。本文针对某缸盖件的形状特点,采用改变低压铸造充型斜率的方法,对低压铸造充型进行了优化,通过实践证明该方案是可行的。
英文摘要:The traditional curve of low-pressure die casting technology is a line with constant slope, which is based on a formula to calculate the pressure required in the filling process of casting , in the calculate the △P is to increase in a fixed value. In the process, this approach ignores the shape of the casting characteristics, if the casting is much complex with the cast changes each section larger but still filling with constant rate , then the filling process is easy to generate splashes, gas volume and finally lower casting quality. In this paper for the shape of a cylinder head features items, by method of changing the slope of low pressure die casting and low pressure die casting is optimized ,by practice that the program is feasible.
