中文摘要:目前拉杆接头主要采用开式模锻成形,内孔采用切削方法加工,但开式模锻成形产生较大飞边,材料利用率低(下料重量5.5kg),切削加工效率低,工艺过程复杂,破坏了金属的纤维组织,从而导致拉杆使用寿命短且成本高。本文利用数值模拟与试验相结合的研究方法,对拉杆接头采用闭式多向模锻工艺成形,有效地避免了在成形过程中坯料拆叠和充不满等缺陷,并且,模锻件无飞边,初步成型出2个内孔,减少了材料的消耗和切削加工量,优化后的下料重量为3.5kg,节约材料36.4%。
英文摘要: At present, we produced the tie-bar end by open-drop forging and machining, the material waste of the flash is serious and the utilization rate is low (the weight of cutting stock is 5.5kg). The mechanical workout is inefficient and complex, furthermore the break of the metal fibrous tissue leads to a lower life-span. This paper optimized the forming process of the tie-bar end by the means of multi-way die forging and FEM. The forging has little flash, and the holesare formed by forging primarily, the optimization weight of cutting stock is 3.5kg , saves material by 36.4%.
