中文摘要:利用有限元法对RL1016R叶片锻压成形过程进行数值模拟,并进行应力与流线分析,锻件凸台转接处内应力集中较明显以及叶冠转接处金属流线出现了倒流;通过对模具结构尺寸的优化设计,改进后凸台转接最大应力下降了50%,从而消除在此处淬火开裂;叶冠转接处金属流线合理,成功解决叶冠处折叠的质量问题。
英文摘要:According to finite element method ,this paper numerically stimulated the process of die forging shaping for the RL1016R blade, and analysed its stress and streamline. The questions were that the concentration of stresses of dummy club rack-and-panel connector was relatively obvious, the flow of metal of integral shroud rack-and-panel connector emerged counterflow. So this paper did optimum design for the die’s physical dimension,the stresses of dummy club rack-and-panel connector drops 55, which removes the quenching fracture; the flow of metal of integral shroud rack-and-panel connector becomes reasonable, which solves the integral shroud folding quality problems.
