英文摘要:Elaborates the effects of the process parameters of vacuum brazing for stainless steel, including surface preparation, brazing clearance, brazing temperature, holding time of brazing, cooling rate and post-brazing heat treatment, on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the brazing seam, summarizes the process characteristics of vacuum brazing process for stainless steel. In addition, develops the brazing procedure based on these characteristics, and successfully applies to brazing the parts of the guidance system of a certain type missile.
