英文摘要：Adopting finite element method of rigidity visco-plasticity, this paper stimulates numerically the process of hot extrusion shaping for the petroleum drilling rig’s connection, analyses the whole shaping process and obtains the force parameter curve. That provides foundation for the craft improvement of hot extrusion shaping and the die’s structure optimization, which resolves three engineering practical problems successfully: forge piece inadequate , forge piece’s staying on the terrace die and terrace die’s rupture.
