中文摘要:采用solidwork三维造型软件,利用MAGMAsoft对铸造工艺优化设计有良好的评价功能,对连接支架铸铝件铸造生产过程进行CAE模拟。通过对原铸造工艺模拟结果,分析可能产生铸造缺陷的位置及类型,优化了铸造工艺并再次进行了数值拟计算,实现了铸造模拟。进过多次模拟,选择了最适合的浇注系统和冒口设计,以及冷铁加载方位。可以有效地改善热节状态,达到消除和控制缺陷的目的,使铸件能够达到质量要求
英文摘要:Using three-dimensional modelling software, solidwork MAGMAsoft of casting process using optimized design with good evaluation function to connect stents, aluminum casting production process for CAE research. Through to the original casting process simulation results, analysis can can produce casting the throne of missing sink and type of optimized for casting, and again on the numerical calculation, to realize the casting simulation. Into many simulation, choose the most suitable gating system and riser design, and cold iron loading orientation. Can effectively improve hot day, so as to eliminate and control state the purpose of casting defects, can achieve quality requirements.
