中文摘要:本文采用堆焊焊条,在低合金铸钢基体上进行了焊条电弧焊堆焊实验。对比分析了在低合金铸钢基体直接耐磨层堆焊和过渡层+耐磨层梯度堆焊的组织和性能。过渡层有效改善低合金铸钢基体、过渡层和耐磨层堆焊界面的微观组织,有利于合金元素和组织性能的合理过渡,提高了相互间的结合强度。
英文摘要:The surfacing welding experiment with Transition Layer+ Anti-wear Layer on low alloy cast steel has been carried out. The welding transition layer can improve the interfacial microstructure of low alloy cast steel, transition layer and anti-wear layer, increase the bond strength and enhance their thermal mechanical properties.
