中文摘要:摘要:研究了平均粒度为20μm的球形铜粉注射成形坯的溶剂-热二步脱脂工艺。选用正庚烷、酒精以及丙酮的混合溶剂体系进行溶剂脱脂,分析了脱脂时间、温度对粘结剂脱除率的影响;通过对比不同升温速率对脱脂坯性能的影响,制定出合理的热脱脂工艺。实验结果表明:溶剂脱脂的粘结剂脱除率达76%,并形成连通孔隙度网络,为热脱脂过程缩短升温、保温时间;热脱脂在300℃以下采用低的升温速率可以保证得到无缺陷的脱脂坯,方便其后的烧结工艺。
英文摘要:Absrtact: This paper researched the solvent-hot two-step debinding process of spherrical copper powder injection molding blank with the average particle size of 20μm. It used the solvent systems mixed with n-heptane,alcohol and acetone for solvent degreasing,and analyzes the effect on the rate of binder removal as degreasing time,temperature.The rusults show that the rate of binder removal reached 76% and formed the connected porosity networks. It developed the resonable process of thermal debinding by comparing different heating rate of skim blanks performance ,and it obtained skim blanks of better performance and conveniented the sintering process later.
